把 DSH Web 侧边栏的「新会话」拆成两种模式：「日常聊天」在专属工作区里用插件自己安装到 harness home 的 `daily` 预设开一个只有人格、网页检索/抓取、提问和上下文压缩的轻量会话（没有文件、Shell、计划模式和子代理），侧边栏只列这些日常会话；「开始工作」保持原有编码 Agent；原生「新会话」按钮被隐藏，其余「新会话」入口按当前模式路由，模式存在 localStorage。
