梳理思路插件。输入框旁的开关把会话切进「梳理 → 批判 → 调研」三段模式，每段列着这一段该产出的东西，够了再点「推进」按钮换段；成稿按体裁存进 设置 → Thoughts Center。另有悬浮随想记录本，碎灵感先存着，点「去研究」直接开一条新对话，那句话已经写进输入框。
