给 DSH 会话自动起名：首轮问答结束后用「项目｜具体任务」命名，而不是把提问截断。通过 bundle patch 顶替内置标题 provider，在会话行「…」菜单里加「AI 重命名」（先预览再应用），设置页可改 provider/model、命名规则并查看诊断日志。49 个单元测试。
