注册一个包装 provider，让被委派的子代理走自己的 LLM 路由——单发子代理经 provider.start，Agent Teams 成员经 startActivation 上的钩子——主 agent 仍用自己的模型。附带设置页选择路由、按专家覆盖的配置文件、报告钩子挂在哪条缝上的能力标志，以及挂载时写下的就绪记录。
