会话标题栏右端的重启按钮，可重启整个客户端：Windows 桌面版（Electron 外壳与 Host，走 Host 自身的优雅关闭流程）或 dsh web 服务。可等正在运行的回合与后台作业结束后再重启；重启后回到原会话，被中断的会话可一键继续；提示需重启才生效的插件更新；悬停显示 Host 运行时长与内存。
