Rotifer 协议的技能包加 Rotifer MCP 服务，以 DSH 自带的技能提供器与 MCP 客户端实例的形式挂载：搜索 Gene、按 Arena 排名比较、在本地项目里安装或回滚 Gene，并创建和运行本地 Agent。MCP 服务锁定版本，只开放 evolve 工具集，不含发布与登录。

rotifer
This is not the Rotifer Protocol CLI. The CLI is published as
npm install -g @rotifer/playground # or npx -y @rotifer/playground --help
Why this package exists
The unscoped name rotifer was previously unregistered, while some Rotifer
tooling invoked the CLI as npx rotifer. Anyone publishing under this name
could have had their code fetched and executed on those users' machines.
The Rotifer Protocol project reserves the name so it
cannot be used to impersonate the toolchain. Running its binary prints a
pointer to the real package and exits non-zero — it never pretends to be the
CLI.
If you reached this package by running npx rotifer, you are on an old version
of a Rotifer tool. Update it, or call @rotifer/playground directly.
Verifying this package
From 1.0.1 on, releases are published from CI with provenance, so you do not
have to take the claim above on trust:
npm view rotifer dist.attestations
The attestation ties the published tarball to the workflow and commit that
built it, in rotifer-protocol/rotifer-playground.
