Install the plugin market

4,367 DSH plugins, 3,027 of them with a real sandbox install verdict. Three ways to get it.

RECOMMENDEDOne bundle, everything configured

Installing this package wires up the market service, the Discover tab and the index. No config file, no shell.

Option 1: the bundle (recommended)

Step 1 — open Plugins

Left sidebar Plugins → top right Add plugin

Step 2 — enter the package name

@liangjiehappy/dsh-deepseekbase-market

Pick the npm official source. If the network is slow, the China mirror works too, but it can lag minutes to hours behind.

Step 3 — restart DSH

A Discover tab appears inside the Plugins page.

Done. Open Discover to browse 4,367 plugins with category, keyword and label filters. The badge next to each name is its install verdict.

Option 2: add the index by hand

Step 1 — enable the index feature

Plugins → scroll to Experimental plugins → turn on Custom plugin index

Step 2 — add the URL

Plugins → Discover → top right Index source → paste the URL → Add
https://deepseekbase.com/market/index.json

Step 3 — refresh

Hit refresh in Discover. The index is cached for 10 minutes.

Option 3: command line

# bundle (same as option 1)
dsh plugin --profile web add @liangjiehappy/dsh-deepseekbase-market

# or just the data plugin (8 tools + 2 skills, no market)
dsh plugin --profile web add @liangjiehappy/dsh-deepseekbase

# verify
dsh plugin --profile web list
dsh --profile web --dump-config | grep -A4 "id: plugin-market"

What the badges mean

BadgeMeaningCount
Installs fineActually installed, mounted and booted in a DSH 0.2.2-rc.1 sandbox3,027
Cannot installFails at the install stage; do not waste time729
Mounts, not registeredInstalls but never appears in the config tree37
Boot failsMounts but the profile will not start10
UntestedWe have not run it yet564

Every verdict comes from a four-stage sandbox run: install → list → mount → boot. Stages 2–4 run with --network none; containers are destroyed afterwards.

Troubleshooting

No Discover tab

  1. Restart DSH — plugins load at startup
  2. Make sure you installed dsh-deepseekbase-market, not dsh-deepseekbase
  3. Check dsh.profile.bundles in the profile package.json lists the package

Discover is empty

The index is cached for 10 minutes — hit refresh. Still empty? Press F12 and look at the index.json request in the Network panel:

  • 200, about 7.6 MB: fetched, the problem is rendering
  • 404 / 500: blocked or broken
  • no request: the config did not apply

The mirror installs an old version

registry.npmmirror.com lags registry.npmjs.org. Check first:

npm view @liangjiehappy/dsh-deepseekbase-market version

If it is behind, wait or switch to the official registry.

Replacing the index

Plugins → Discover → Index source. Delete ours, add yours. The list lives in your profile settings, so the bundle default does not fight you.

Data attribution

Plugin data comes from the public npm registry and GitHub. Verdicts are our own sandbox runs, not official DeepSeek output. This is a third-party index — cite it as such.
