五、踩坑
- 断网可用性是硬要求。家电场景用户不能接受「网络不好就失灵」，要考虑本地小模型兜底。
- 响应延迟决定体验。云端 API 往返 500ms 起，语音唤醒场景最好做本地 ASR + 短链路。
- Home Assistant 集成只能走 UI 配置，YAML 不生效的坑很常见（ha-text-ai 就是这样）。
- ESP32 内存只有几百 KB，跑不了模型，只能做端云协同。
- 旧设备改造（小爱音箱刷机）有变砖风险，MDZ-25-DA 这类有社区验证，其它型号要谨慎。
